Takihyo Co., Ltd. (Head office: Nishi-ku, Nagoya City; Representative Director and President: Kazuo Taki) has been recognized for its efforts toward health and productivity management for the second consecutive year as a “2026 KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
　We recognize that maintaining and improving the health of all our executives and employees, creating a rewarding work environment, and achieving work-life balance are essential issues in pursuing sustainability management.
This fiscal year, with the aim of early improvement and prevention, we conducted interviews with individuals in the “pre-risk group” (people not requiring a follow-up examination) by an occupational physician. Additionally, as part of employee welfare programs, we have launched new initiatives such as introducing an external mental health counseling service that employees can use directly without going through the company.
Going forward, in order to achieve our management philosophy—“Our goal is to achieve a spiritually nourished society by creating an interesting company with great dreams”—we will actively promote health management so that each and every one of our employees can maintain and improve both their physical and mental health and increase their engagement within the company.

What is the Certification System for Excellent Health Management Corporations?
This is an awards system certified by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi with the aim of creating an environment in which large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and other corporations that particularly practice excellent health and productivity management can receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, related companies and financial institutions.
