We rent out and manage real estate properties owned by Takihyo. We hold several income yielding properties including the site where Parco operates "Nagoya ZERO GATE" in Naka-ku, Nagoya and the "TH Ginza Bld." where the Tokyo office is located. In August 2014, we constructed a rental apartment "D-room Oyabe" next to our T.F.C. Co., Ltd. Hokuriku Factory (Oyabe City, Toyama Prefecture). We will continue to strengthen our income basis from this real estate rental business going forward.
