Congratulations on joining the company.

I believe you all must be extremely happy to be here after all the time spent and surpassing various difficulties. From today you are not students but will start your lives as a member of this company. I hope you will never forget this feeling that you are experiencing today.

There is a saying "See no evil, Hear no evil, Say no evil", but once you become a member of this company, apart from the "evil" part, I hope you do just the opposite. I want you to see things, ask a lot of questions if you do not understand and say what's on your mind. By doing so, you will gradually grow.

Takihyo has welcomed its 265th year in business. There is only so much we can do to continue this for another 50, another 100 years. However, whatever we do every single day accumulates and becomes history. I want you to keep in mind that together we will create a small part of this history. You will be working with a lot of different people and there will be good as well as bad things to happen. I hope you do not mope during the bad times, but think of what you should do next and live your lives as an adult with a positive attitude.
